Subsequent Sessions

Building a comprehensive workout is a process, just like building a house. During subsequent sessions, you will be educated on proper technique and exercise progressions based on results from your initial session. You will be encouraged to implement the exercises and/or nutritional guidelines provided. The number of sessions required to build this workout varies based on individual needs.
