Achieve your fitness goals in a group setting with classes led by experienced and qualified instructors. The MAC offers over eighty classes per week in a variety of formats including cardio, muscle conditioning, yoga, Pilates, cycling and more.
Group fitness classes are held in two studios (4,000 and 3,200 square feet) with shock reducing floors and a wide variety of fitness equipment. A separate studio with twenty nine bicycles hosts group cycling classes.
